Healthy Banana Pancakes
Oat flour pancakes made with mashed overripe bananas and cinnamon.

01Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. 2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until there are no large chunks; measure out two-thirds cup. 3. Whisk the milk, eggs, avocado oil, and vanilla into the banana until smooth. 4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and whisk until incorporated without overmixing. 5. Rest the batter for 5 minutes. 6. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat and pour about a third cup of batter per pancake. 7. Flip when the edges are firm and cook the other side until fully cooked. 8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
