    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a greased or lined muffin tin. 2. Mix together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, milk, vanilla, and eggs. 3. Add the oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves and mix until just combined. 4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips. 5. Fill each muffin cup with a third cup of batter. 6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
