Spicy Noodles

Rice noodles tossed with peppers, spring onions, and a spicy Sriracha-tomato sauce.

    Cook the rice noodles in salted water until al dente and drain. 2. Saute the garlic and ginger in oil about 1 minute, then add the chili pepper, sweet peppers, spring onion whites, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika and saute about 4 minutes. 3. Stir in the tomato paste and Sriracha. 4. Whisk all sauce ingredients together, pour into the pan, and simmer about 1 minute. 5. Add the noodles, toss, cook one more minute, and adjust seasonings. 6. Garnish with spring onion greens and sesame seeds.
