    Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C); rinse and chop the apples and plums into slices about one-third to one-half inch thick and transfer to a large bowl. 2. Add the sweetener, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon and stir to combine. 3. Pour the fruit mixture into a 9x13 or 8x8-inch baking dish. 4. Combine the dry crumble ingredients in a medium bowl, then mix in the oil and vanilla with your hands until crumbly, adding a little more oil if dry. 5. Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit and bake about 35 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. 6. Cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
