Chamomile & Tart Cherry Sleep Tonic
A soothing bedtime drink with sleep-inducing chamomile and melatonin-rich tart cherry juice.

01Brew a strong chamomile tea bag in 8 oz hot water for 5 minutes.

02Stir in tart cherry juice, honey, and a pinch of cinnamon.
