It is a sweet, mild herb that has tremendous benefits for the nervous system and is an effective remedy for anxiety, depression, stress, nervous tension, and insomnia. Oat straw is known to be particularly beneficial for the endocrine system and for supporting and balancing the adrenal glands. It has also been shown to aid cognitive abilities and sharpen memory, focus, and concentration skills as well as help reduce brain fog.
