    Cook noodles, drain, and rinse with cold water. 2. Whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, ginger, chili, and garlic to create the dressing. 3. Toss the noodles with carrots, cucumber, red bell pepper, edamame, herbs, and peanuts. 4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss. 5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
