Mango Pineapple Oatmeal
Baked oatmeal with mango, pineapple and shredded coconut.

01Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Prepare a greased 8x8 glass baking dish or ramekins to prevent sticking. 3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. 4. Pour batter into the baking dish. 5. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes until the top is golden brown. 6. Slice in 4 squares and serve.
