Egg White Oatmeal
Creamy stovetop oatmeal enriched with egg whites and flavored with honey, cinnamon and ginger.

01Heat 3/4 cup milk in a pan. Once the milk is boiling, add in oats and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until almost all of the milk is absorbed. 2. Once the liquid is just about absorbed, stir in egg whites, cinnamon, ginger, honey and the remaining 1/4 cup milk. 3. Stir constantly for 2 minutes over medium heat until everything is combined and the egg whites have cooked; the oatmeal should be smooth and pull away from the pan when stirring. 4. Serve with nut butter or fresh berries of your choice.
