Easy Healthy Pancake Recipe
White whole wheat pancakes sweetened with honey and applesauce.

01In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. 2. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the egg, vanilla, melted butter, buttermilk, applesauce, and honey. 3. Gently whisk all ingredients together until a pancake batter forms. 4. Heat a griddle over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Scoop the pancakes onto the griddle using a 0.25 cup scoop. 5. Cook for about 2 minutes per side, watching for bubbles to form on top before flipping. 6. Move onto a plate and make the next batch. 7. Serve with maple syrup, fruit, butter or your choice of toppings.
