    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a muffin pan with liners. 2. Pulse the oats in a blender for about 30 seconds into a fine flour. 3. Stir together the oat flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. 4. In a large bowl, whisk the mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until combined. 5. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and stir until there are no lumps or streaks. 6. Fold in the blueberries evenly. 7. Scoop the batter into the liners, filling almost full, and sprinkle with whole oats if desired. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
