Low Carb Frittata with Ham and Cheese

01Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Heat butter in a large oven safe skillet over medium heat and saute the onions for 5-7 minutes until softened. 3. Add the ham and cook for 3 minutes. 4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, pepper, and salt, then stir in the cheese. 5. Turn the skillet to medium-low, pour in the egg mixture, and stir to distribute. 6. Cook without stirring for about 1 minute until the edges start to set. 7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the center is set. 8. Cool slightly, garnish with chives or parsley, and slice.
