Easy Chia Seed Pudding
No-cook chia seed pudding made with milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.

01Combine all ingredients in a jar with a well-fitted lid. 2. Seal and vigorously shake for about 1 minute so the chia seeds are suspended in the liquid. 3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight, shaking every 20 minutes for the first hour to prevent clumps. 4. Serve with fresh fruit, shaved chocolate, coconut, or your favorite toppings.
