Whole30 Greek Chicken Zucchini Noodles
Sauteed chicken with olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichokes over zucchini noodles.

01Heat olive oil in a pan, add the cubed chicken, and saute until browned on the edges, about 15 minutes. 2. Add the spices, olives, sun dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts; stir and cook 2-3 minutes. 3. Add the lemon juice and spiralized zucchini, toss with the rest of the ingredients, and cook until the noodles start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.
