Pumpkin Chicken Chili

01Chop the onions and peppers. 2. Lay the chicken breasts along the bottom of the crockpot. 3. Cover the chicken with the pumpkin puree, onions, peppers, broth, and spices. 4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. 5. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir in with the other ingredients. 6. Let the chili sit for 10-20 minutes to thicken if time allows. 7. Garnish with avocado or guacamole and serve.
