Instant Pot Chicken Stew
Hearty pressure cooker chicken stew with potatoes, carrots, celery, and peas.

01Cut the chicken and veggies. 2. Set the Instant Pot to saute, add olive oil, and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. 3. Add the onions, garlic, celery, and carrots and saute for 4-5 minutes. 4. Add all remaining ingredients except the frozen peas, cover, and pressure cook on high for 12 minutes. 5. Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release. 6. Discard the bay leaf, stir in the frozen peas, and serve.
