Slow Cooker Corned Beef
Corned beef brisket slow cooked with cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and pickling spices.

01Add the corned beef brisket to the crockpot and place carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, and garlic on top. 2. Add bay leaves and the pickling spice packet. 3. Add beer and fill to the top of the crockpot with water. 4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. 5. One hour before serving, remove and discard the onion, garlic, and celery, then stir in the sliced cabbage and cover for the remaining hour. 6. Slice the corned beef against the grain and serve.
