Vegetarian Chili Recipe

    In a pan, heat olive oil and saute onions, garlic, peppers and carrots for about 5 minutes until translucent. 2. Stir in crushed tomatoes, spices, beans and vegetable broth and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce to a simmer and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. 4. Stir in frozen corn, serve and enjoy.
