Ground Turkey Chili

    Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat, add ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. 2. Add the onions and garlic and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 3. Add crushed tomatoes, beans, corn, chicken broth, paprika, chili powder, cumin, black pepper, red pepper and salt and stir together. 4. Cover the pot and bring to a low boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for at least an hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes. 5. Serve over rice with your favorite chili toppings.
