Turkey Wild Rice Soup
Cooked turkey and wild rice simmered with vegetables and herbs in a creamy broth.

01Preheat a large soup pot over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic and onions and cook 3-4 minutes until translucent. 2. Add celery, carrots, mushrooms, pepper and dried herbs and cook over low heat 3-5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften. 3. Add remaining ingredients except milk, cover the pot and bring to a boil. 4. Lower the heat and simmer 25-30 minutes until the rice is cooked. 5. Stir in milk, stir often and serve hot.
