Awesome Vegan Burger
Plant-based burger with grilled patties, fresh veggies, vegan cheese, and homemade Thousand Island dressing.

01Thaw the burger patties in the fridge before cooking. 2. Pan method: preheat a pan on medium-high with 1 tsp oil, fry the patties 4 minutes, flip and cook 3 minutes on medium-low, then flip and fry 1 more minute until lightly charred; or grill brushed with oil for 12 minutes, flipping occasionally. 3. Slice the onion, tomato, and red cabbage and prep the other toppings. 4. Whisk all Thousand Island dressing ingredients in a bowl, adjusting water for thickness. 5. Optionally warm the buns in the pan or on the grill. 6. Assemble: bottom bun, lettuce, tomato, red cabbage, patty, vegan cheese, dressing, more lettuce, top bun. 7. Serve immediately.
