    Cook the pasta al dente, reducing the package time by about a minute. 2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F; chop the mushrooms and mince the garlic. 3. Saute the mushrooms with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in oil 3-5 minutes. 4. Combine the marinara, garlic, and all spices. 5. Pour some sauce into a casserole dish, add the pasta, top with mushrooms, add the remaining sauce, and stir. 6. Pour vegan cheese sauce on top. 7. Bake 10-15 minutes, broiling the last few minutes if desired.
