Vegetable Pakora Recipe
Indian-style crispy vegetable fritters in a spiced chickpea flour batter.

01Thinly slice the onion, shred the cabbage, grate the carrot, dice the bell pepper, and mince the ginger; transfer to a large bowl. 2. Add the flours, spices, and water, mix well, and let sit a few minutes. 3. Heat at least 1.5 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. 4. Drop small portions of the battered vegetables into the pan, about 4 at a time. 5. Pan-fry 2-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels. 6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
