Flourless Brownies
Rich flourless chocolate brownies made from blended chickpeas, ground almonds, and cocoa.

01Blend the chickpeas with all wet ingredients in a food processor until smooth. 2. Add all dry ingredients except the chocolate chips and blend until combined. 3. Line or grease a 9x6-inch pan and spoon in the batter. 4. Bake at 355 degrees F about 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out almost clean; do not overbake. 5. Cool completely; they firm up once cooled and taste best after a day or two. 6. Optionally top with sweet potato frosting and chocolate chips.
