    Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F and line a 9x6-inch baking pan with parchment paper. 2. Process all wet ingredients in a food processor until smooth. 3. Add all dry ingredients except the chocolate chips and mix without overmixing. 4. Stir in the chocolate chips with a spoon. 5. Spoon the batter into the pan and top with more chocolate chips. 6. Bake about 25-35 minutes. 7. Cool and cut into bars; they firm up as they cool.
