Gnocchi with Cream Sauce
Gnocchi simmered in a creamy sage and white wine sauce with peas.

01Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic. 2. Saute the onion in oil or vegan butter for 3 minutes, then add the sage and garlic for a minute. 3. Add the salt, pepper, mustard, white wine, dairy-free cream, and peas; stir and bring to a boil. 4. Reduce to a simmer, add the gnocchi, and cook 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and the sauce thickens. 5. Sprinkle with vegan Parmesan, adjust seasoning, and serve.
