Lentil Veggie Burger Recipe
Veggie burgers made from red lentils, quinoa, oats, and pumpkin seeds, pan-fried and served on buns.

01Cook the quinoa, red lentils, and broth at a simmer about 15 minutes until the liquid absorbs. 2. Mix the ground chia seeds with water and set aside to thicken. 3. Process the oats and pumpkin seeds briefly in a food processor, then add all remaining ingredients including the chia mixture and cooked quinoa and lentils, and pulse into a slightly chunky dough. 4. Shape the mixture into 6 patties. 5. Pan-fry in oil about 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until firm and lightly crisp. 6. Assemble the burgers with buns, fresh veggies, and sauce.
