Fattoush Salad
Levantine salad of crisp pita chips, romaine, and fresh vegetables with a sumac-pomegranate dressing.

01Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F. 2. Chop the pita into bite-size pieces, toss with a little oil, and bake about 7-10 minutes until crispy; season with salt, pepper, and sumac. 3. Combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, green onions, parsley, and mint in a large bowl. 4. Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. 5. Pour the dressing over the salad, add the pita chips, toss, and adjust seasonings.
