Vermicelli Noodles Stir-Fry

Vermicelli noodles stir-fried with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, cabbage, and an Asian-style sauce.

    Prepare the noodles according to their package directions, then drain. 2. Mince the garlic and ginger, chop the mushrooms, cut the broccoli into small florets, and thinly slice the carrots, cabbage, and bell pepper. 3. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat; once hot, saute the ginger and garlic for a minute. 4. Add the remaining vegetables and stir to combine, then cover, reduce the heat to low, and cook for 7-8 minutes until tender. 5. Add the prepared noodles and sauce, stir well, and serve in bowls garnished with green onion and sesame seeds.
