Vegan Tzatziki (Dip)
Cool cucumber and garlic dip made with thick dairy-free yogurt.

01Grate the cucumber using the large holes of a grater, then lightly squeeze it with your hands over a bowl to remove most of the moisture. 2. Transfer the drained cucumber to a bowl with the yogurt and all remaining ingredients and stir to combine. 3. Taste and adjust with more vinegar, salt, pepper, or garlic, and serve with pita.
