Basic Cashew Cream
Smooth dairy-free cream made by blending soaked cashews with water.

01Soak the cashews overnight in the fridge in a bowl filled with plenty of cold water, or boil them for 15 minutes until softened, then drain. 2. Transfer the cashews and fresh water to a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed. 3. Transfer the blended cream to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
