Lentil Hummus Recipe (Dip)
Smooth hummus-style dip made from cooked lentils, tahini, garlic, and lime juice.

01Cook the lentils in a medium saucepan according to package instructions until tender. 2. Drain and transfer the lentils and all remaining ingredients except the parsley to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding the water one tablespoon at a time until it reaches the desired consistency. 3. Taste the dip and adjust any of the elements to your liking. 4. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley and an optional drizzle of olive oil, and serve with naan, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
