Apple Blueberry Crumble (Dessert)
Baked apple and blueberry crumble with an oat and almond flour streusel topping.

01Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C). 2. Chop the apples and transfer them to a large bowl along with the blueberries. 3. Add the granulated sweetener, cornstarch, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cinnamon and stir to combine. 4. Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking pan (an 8x8-inch pan works well). 5. For the streusel, add all dry ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and stir with a spoon. 6. Add the coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix with your hands until the mixture is crumbly; if too dry, add a little more oil or water. 7. Sprinkle the streusel on top of the fruit mixture and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is slightly golden brown. 8. Serve warm.
