Oatmeal Seed Bread
Hearty flourless loaf of oats and mixed seeds bound with psyllium husk.

01Stir all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Add the hot water and apple cider vinegar and mix, first with a wooden spoon, then with your hands. 3. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined loaf tin, cover with a damp towel, and rest 30 minutes, preheating the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) during the last 15 minutes. 4. Bake 50-60 minutes until the top is golden brown. 5. Cool before slicing.
