Chocolate Cereal (Homemade Cocoa Puffs) (Breakfast)
Homemade baked cocoa cereal balls made from oat flour and nut butter.

01Stir the nut or seed butter and maple syrup together in a bowl. 2. Add the oat flour and cocoa powder and mix again, then shape into a dough with your hands, adjusting with more syrup or flour as needed. 3. Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C) and line a large baking sheet. 4. Divide the dough into four pieces and roll into 1-inch thick ropes. 5. Cut the ropes into small pieces and roll each into a ball, making 120-140 balls. 6. Bake about 10 minutes, then cool completely so they firm up. 7. Serve with dairy-free milk and fruit.
