Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding (Breakfast)

    Blend all ingredients except the chia seeds until smooth, then taste and adjust. 2. Transfer the blueberry milk to a bowl or jar and stir in the chia seeds thoroughly. 3. Rest 5 minutes, stir once more, then cover and chill at least 30 minutes or overnight. 4. Serve in jars or bowls topped with dairy-free yogurt and fresh blueberries.
