Seed-packed breakfast cookies sweetened with date paste and tahini.

01Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C); prepare the flax egg by combining the ground flaxseed and water and setting aside 5 minutes. 2. Stir all dry ingredients together in a bowl. 3. Pour in the wet ingredients and flax egg and mix thoroughly. 4. Spoon the batter onto the baking sheet, a tablespoon per cookie. 5. Bake 15 minutes and cool completely.
