    Mix the warm milk with the yeast and 2 teaspoons of sugar and let sit a few minutes. 2. Add the flour, remaining sugar, and salt to a bowl, pour in the yeast mixture and oil, and knead a few minutes until smooth. 3. Form a ball, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. 4. For the poppy seed filling, grind the poppy seeds, then simmer all filling ingredients in a saucepan for a minute. 5. For the cheesecake filling, blend all ingredients until smooth. 6. For the crumble, mix all ingredients with your hands until crumbly. 7. Divide the dough into 7 pieces, shape into rounds, and press the center flat with a floured glass to form an edge. 8. Brush the edges with plant milk, top each with the fillings and crumble, and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15-18 minutes until lightly browned.
