Aloe Vera Soothing Juice
Traditionally used as a mild sedative for insomnia and sleep disturbances. Rich in antioxidants that support sleep quality, it calms the nervous system and reduces inflammation. Best taken in the morning, 4–6x per week.

01Combine aloe vera juice, raw honey, and lemon or lime juice.

02Optionally add a dropper of marshmallow root tincture.
