Garlic Fermented in Honey
Traditional immune support — antimicrobial compounds from garlic infused into raw honey. Ferments 1–2 weeks at room temperature. Use: take 1 tsp honey + garlic daily, or stir into warm drinks.
Method

01Lightly crush the peeled garlic cloves and place in a clean jar.

02Cover fully with raw honey.

03Loosely cover the jar (don't seal tight — fermentation produces gas).

04Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 weeks, stirring daily for the first few days.

05Use: 1 tsp honey + garlic daily, or stir into warm drinks.
