Garlic Lemon Honey Tea
Antimicrobial (garlic), soothing (honey), and vitamin C (lemon) for sore throats and early cold symptoms. Best consumed 1–2x/day. Strain the garlic if the flavor is too strong.

01Crush garlic and let it sit 5–10 min (activates allicin).

02Add hot (not boiling) water.
