โ roasted red peppers, drained (jarred or homemade) • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or unsweetened plant-based yogurt • 2–3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped • 1–2 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste • 1/4 tsp black pepper • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
