  • 1 cup โ€” unsweetened soy milk • 3 tbsp whole chia seeds • 2 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped • 1 tbsp cocoa powder • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 whole โ€” Toppings
  • ½ whole โ€” banana, sliced • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries • 1/4 cup granola • Optional pumpkin seeds or dark chocolate shavings
