Buffalo Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 1 whole โ€” Salad
  • 8 oz โ€” pasta of choice • 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained • 1 cup celery, diced • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced • 1/4 red onion, finely diced • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 whole โ€” Buffalo Dressing
  • ⅓ cup โ€” plain unsweetened yogurt or vegan yogurt • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or vegan mayo • 3 tbsp buffalo sauce • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp onion powder • Black pepper, to taste
