โ medium sweet potato, peeled and diced • 8 oz tempeh, crumbled • 1/2 cup rolled oats or oat flour • 1/3 cup chickpea flour (or all-purpose flour) • 2 green onions, finely sliced • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp lime juice • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp chili powder • 1/2 tsp ground cumin • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste • 1–2 tbsp water, as needed for binding
