  • 2 cups โ€” all-purpose flour • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy yogurt • 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk • 1/2 tbsp sugar • 2 tsp baking powder • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
