2 tbsp โ lemon juice • 1–2 tsp chaat masala • 1/2 tsp cumin powder • 1/2 tsp salt, to taste • 1/2 tsp black salt (optional, for tang) • 1 tsp tamarind chutney (optional, for sweetness) • 1–2 tsp green chutney (optional, for heat and herb flavor)
