  • 1 whole โ€” raw yellow beet, peeled and thinly slices

  • ½ cup โ€” golden raisins
  • 1 tsp โ€” lemon zest
  • ¾ cup โ€” olive oil
  • ¼ cup โ€” lemon juice
  • 2 tsp โ€” Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp โ€” maple syrup
