Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 2 cups โ€” kale, chopped (curly or Tuscan, stems removed)
  • ½ cup โ€” bell peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup โ€” onion, diced
  • 1 whole โ€” block extra-firm tofu , drained
  • 2 tbsp โ€” nutritional yeast
  • ¼ tsp โ€” turmeric
  • ¼ tsp โ€” salt
  • ¼ tsp โ€” pepper
  • 1 tbsp โ€” olive oil (for greasing)
