Tofu “Egg Salad” Boats

In a bowl, mix the crumbled tofu, mustard, turmeric, tahini, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, celery, and sea salt.

  • ½ whole โ€” block extra-firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
  • 1 tsp โ€” Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp โ€” turmeric
  • 2 tbsp โ€” tahini
  • 2 tsp โ€” lemon juice
  • 1 tsp โ€” nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp โ€” celery, diced
  • 1 whole โ€” Sea salt, a pinch
  • 1 tbsp โ€” chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp โ€” paprika
